Send a building brief to ForgePath Sourcing

ForgePath Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. This page is the written channel for a modular or portable building comparison. It is not a dealer counter and it does not publish a street address, because no public office is listed for this desk. Replies go to the email address on the form.

Specification sheets spread on a review table without a street address

Channel

Use the form on this page. Product cards elsewhere open the same field set in a compact dialog. There is no separate phone line published here.

What to include

Building use, footprint, height, layout, project location, code jurisdiction, known wind, snow and seismic criteria, quantity, destination, timing, and whether the quote is shell, delivered, installed or turnkey.

What happens next

The note is read on business days after it arrives. Missing loads or an unclear scope are sent back as questions. A supplier preference is recorded as the buyer request, not as a grade this desk has verified.

The inquiry desk is not atco structures and is not affiliated with atco structures. ForgePath Sourcing does not claim manufacturer status or authorized dealer status on the form below. Optional budget text should name the currency and whether the figure is per module or for the whole order.

If a drawing set exists, describe it in the requirements box rather than assuming an upload tool. This form has no file field. Name the revision in words so the factories see the same note.

Readers who are still choosing a product family can return to Product Systems and open a card. The card dialog and this page keep separate preference fields, so a budget typed in one place is not copied into the other.

Write numbers with units when you have them. A useful note names footprint in feet, eave height, design live load and design dead load in psf, wind speed in mph, ground snow load in psf, and the seismic design category if the jurisdiction has assigned one. Also state module dimensions, the transport envelope, and who prepares the crane lift plan. If a figure is unknown, write unknown rather than leaving the line out.

Fictional form examples, not completed-project results, product capabilities or approved design criteria, include a 30 ft by 10 ft module, 8 ft eave height, design live load 40 psf, design dead load 12 psf, wind speed 90 mph, ground snow load 25 psf, seismic design category A, bay spacing 10 ft, clear span 10 ft, transport envelope 10 ft 6 in, a 5-ton crane lift plan, thermal transmittance 0.08, fire-resistance rating written as unknown, a cold-formed steel primary frame and purlin spacing of 2 ft. Background is a gatehouse replacement. The process is one visible submission. The result is a question list when a shell price leaves delivery out. Volumetric modules finish more off site but need the route. Panelized kits pack tighter but add site weather. A shell total and a turnkey total are different purchases.

Inquiry steps

Identity, building criteria and an optional budget sit in one submission. Move through the three groups and review your brief before sending. Any missing required item returns you to the relevant step.
