ForgePath Sourcing terms of service

These terms govern use of the ForgePath Sourcing website and the inquiry form. ForgePath Sourcing is an independent sourcing service for business buyers comparing modular buildings, portable buildings and related site facilities. The desk is not a factory, not a construction contractor and not a seller of a named third-party brand.

What the website provides

Pages describe how to prepare a brief, which questions to ask a factory and which scope lines to keep separate. Product names in the catalog are inquiry options. They are not an offer of stock, a compatibility approval or a statement that a particular plant will accept the work.

Nothing on the site is a quotation. A number appears only if a supplier later writes it for the specification, quantity, destination and scope the buyer submitted. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey descriptions are different commercial boundaries.

Inquiries

By submitting the form you confirm that you are acting for a business buyer and that the project description is yours to share. Optional budget text and a supplier preference are buyer instructions. They are not a verified rating of any factory and they do not create an obligation to meet that budget.

ForgePath Sourcing may send the brief to factories that build similar systems, ask clarifying questions and organize the replies. The buyer remains responsible for engineering review, code submission, contract award and payment. The authority having jurisdiction, not this website, decides whether a building may be placed on a site.

No affiliation

Brand names that appear in buyer research are reference terms. ForgePath Sourcing does not claim manufacturer status or authorized dealer status under these terms. It does not offer original-brand products. Trademarks remain with their owners.

Information limits

Technical phrases such as design load, wind speed, module dimensions and foundation interface are prompts for the project file. They are not a certification that any quoted system meets IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1 or another standard. Certificates must be read for the system, the plant and the jurisdiction named in the quote.

The site may change as the sourcing notes are corrected. A prior page is not a promise that a future quotation will repeat the same wording. Links to internal notes are for explanation. They are not incorporated into a supply contract unless a separate written agreement says so.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to submit unlawful content, another party personal data without a basis, or instructions that ask this desk to impersonate a brand. Do not rely on the website as a substitute for a licensed structural, architectural or code review.

Liability boundary

To the extent the law allows, ForgePath Sourcing is not liable for supplier pricing, manufacturing quality, delivery dates, site conditions or permitting outcomes. Those items stay with the parties who contract for them. If a portion of these terms cannot be enforced, the remainder still applies.
